Proworx Industry Co.,ltd is a professional exporter and manufacturer of power tools and hardware tools in China.We act as an agent to serve our customers with one-stop service from products design,factory sourcing,production planning, quality assurance to delivery, logistics and custom clearance. Product development & design
Proworx supervised the entire procdss from prototype to end product in the shop
Our graphics department designs the product labels and packaging, for which we use our own digital photo studio and specialized computer designers
A lot of attention is also paid to the presentation of our products at the points of sale. Maxtol provides its clients with its own displays , Posters and presentation materials. And this in turn stimulates the introduction of new products.
Quality control
We are just able to provide high-quality products. All machines are assembled in the most modern companies, carefully and exhaustively tested. We have professional engineers team to carry out the supplier evaluation, the strict testing and insepction to promise to give the high quality tools to customers.
Logistics
To cater to its continuous expansion, Proworx owns his own warehouse space. Our order picking and logistics are centralised mainly in Lier. Every year , over more than 500 containers are exported and more than 2,000 order lines are processed.
We keep the reasonable stock in average. This reserve provides the required flexibility and guarantes continuous availability and speedy national and international deliveries to our clients
Customer service
Proworx considers service of the utmost importance, which is why we have developed an excellent after-sales department.
We have all the required parts available for all the appliances we put on the market. Day in and day out, specialized engineers ensure that all repairs are handled correctly and switfly.
A merchandising team visits our client’s showrooms on a regular basis. This team is responsible for installing new product concepts, guaranteeing that Proworx products are presented exquisitely and ensuring the showrooms always look attractive. They are also active at various international fair.
